Yes. The public Windows download is HustleVault Free: local inventory, manual card details, Scan Studio, Vault, Label Lab, counts, reports, shipments, suppliers, and backups. There is no account, subscription, card limit, or trial timer.
Install it on Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), then open the HustleVault desktop shortcut. The app runs on your PC and opens its interface in your browser. Core inventory work continues offline after installation.
On your own PC, in your Windows user profile. Inventory, card photos, settings, and history stay local. Create backups in Settings and keep a copy on a separate drive; a backup on the same drive cannot protect you from drive failure.
Scan Studio detects card rectangles and helps crop and pair front and back images. You enter or correct the year, set, player, and other card details before committing them to inventory. AI identification and marketplace synchronization are not included in the public Free edition.
You can import JPEG or PNG sheets from your scanner software, use a watch folder, or configure a compatible Windows scanner through the optional NAPS2 helper. Detection depends on the image and spacing between cards; review the crop boxes and front/back pairing before saving.
Yes. Add a card manually in Intake, attach front and back photos, or import image sheets into Scan Studio. Your inventory, Vault locations, labels, and reports work without a scanner.
No. Label Lab supports thermal roll stock and sheet layouts. Choose your stock, save a design, inspect Proof View, and print a test before a batch. Direct thermal printing needs a configured Windows printer; physical dimensions and barcode readability depend on your printer, driver, and media.
Yes. Close HustleVault and run the newer installer. Application files are replaced; inventory, photos, and settings stay in their separate data folder. Back up before upgrading. Installing Free over a Full installation switches the available features to Free.
Export inventory to CSV whenever you need it. Settings also provides local backups and restore, including the card photos stored with the vault. Keep copies outside the app's own drive for recovery.
The current installer is not digitally signed, so Windows may show an unknown-publisher or SmartScreen warning. Download only through this page or the linked 4TheFam GitHub release, and compare the file's SHA-256 with the published checksum before deciding whether to run it.
